Customer service... or is it?

This week, our group decided to try their hand at various customer service roles - on both sides of the desk so to speak.

                                          The first one we tried was changing money at a bank:

Then we had a go at buying a ticket at a railway station:

And finally we had a go at a hotel reception desk:

                                                    looks like we need a bit more practice!
